1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Cor 1 Web Platform, services, APIs, payment processing gateways, and content builder tools, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Financial Settlements & Gateway Utilization
All transaction processing and financial disbursements are handled via authorized gateway partners, including Razorpay Software Private Limited. Users agree to provide true, accurate, and cryptographically verifiable payment details. Cor 1 reserves the right to hold, inspect, or reverse transactions flagged for anti-money laundering (AML) or fraud compliance review.
3. Role-Based Access & Security Obligations
Platform credentials, multi-factor keys, and administrative access tokens must remain confidential. Any unauthorized access, session tampering, or credential sharing is strictly prohibited and results in immediate account suspension and automated audit logging.
4. Intellectual Property & CMS Content
All software, algorithms, shader code, and branding assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of Cor 1 Inc. Content uploaded to the Page Builder or Media Library remains the property of the respective tenant or partner organization, subject to standard platform operating licenses.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Cor 1, its directors, employees, or verified partner agents be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from network latency, third-party banking downtime, or unauthorized credential disclosure.
